Ethics Channel

The purpose of Argenta Cerámica’s code of ethics is to determine guidelines to govern the professional, ethical and responsible behaviour of all of its directors, partners and employees in their daily work.

Our code of business ethics establishes and defines our Mission, Vision and Values and basic principles of professional behaviour. It is a guide for action to ensure appropriate behaviour in both the professional and personal performance of our employees, always in accordance with the laws in force in our country. This is a fundamental pillar of our business model and our strategy for profitable and sustainable growth. Our Code of Ethics is driven, managed and directed by the Ethics Committee.

The complaints channels are managed by the Ethics Committee, which is responsible for handling the complaints received. Argenta Cerámica makes its complaints channel available to you in accordance with the provisions of Act 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption related to the Whistleblowing Directive.
